training & documentation for online systems

Clarity provides employee training and documentation for online systems.

For the most part, our work is very intuitive and easy to use. However a custom designed system which has been designed at client request with a great deal of flexibility can be complex, and training the staff that will operate it is essential to smooth function.

Training sessions can be provided either in person or over the web.

Training manuals are usually not required, however at client request can be provided and written to any level of detail.

Website updates are usually done through a CMS (content management system). Basic CMS's that allow the owner of a website to edit website text are easy to use and to learn, however a 1/2 hour training session for at least one member of your team will get them up and running instantly, updating the website in-house without needing to call us every time a line of text needs to change. This is a huge benefit to any company.
